Adaptive Learning Framework (Alef) in UAE Public Schools from the Parents’ Perspective

This study aimed to evaluate the Adaptive Learning Framework (Alef) platform and determine how parents perceive implementation of such a program support their children’s learning. Alef is smart learning that mandated in United Arab Emirates (UAE) public schools promote student-centered, interactive, differentiated personalized experiences. The participants were students enrolled grades 9–12 UAE high schools. used semi-structured interviews gather qualitative data delve deeply into parents’ perceptions supports results showed offers stimulating engaging educational experiences encourages independent It was found students’ bolstered when using Alef. In addition, indicated existence some challenges stemming from usage could have an impact on motivation and, ultimately, sustainability program. Recommendations are provided overcome these challenges.
